By accessing or using the website at sanjacintosunrooms.com (the "Site"), or by engaging San Jacinto Sunrooms & Patios ("we," "us," or "our") to perform any work, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
San Jacinto Sunrooms & Patios is a licensed sunroom contractor based in San Jacinto, CA. We design, build, and install sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms, solarium additions, patio covers, and related outdoor living structures for residential properties.
All work is subject to a separate written contract agreed upon between us and the customer before any work begins. These Terms and Conditions apply alongside any such contract. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed project contract, the project contract controls.
Any estimate, quote, or proposal we provide is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued, unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on information available at the time and are subject to change if site conditions, material costs, or project scope change after the estimate is issued.
An estimate is not a contract. Work does not begin until both parties have signed a written project agreement. Changes to the project scope after a contract is signed may result in additional costs, which will be presented to the customer in writing before any additional work is performed.
Permit fees, engineering fees, utility connections, and HOA submission costs may be itemized separately in the project agreement. We will identify these costs clearly so you understand what is and is not included in the base contract price.
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, permit approval timelines, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate any known delays as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by calling (951) 910-7048 or emailing quotes@sanjacintosunrooms.com.
If a customer cancels a signed project contract after work has begun, payment will be due for all work completed and materials ordered or delivered up to the date of cancellation. Any deposit paid is non-refundable once materials have been ordered or permits have been submitted, unless otherwise specified in the written project agreement.
Payment terms are specified in each project contract. In general, projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining balances due at project milestones or upon completion, as agreed in writing.
Payments past due are subject to a late fee as specified in the project contract. We reserve the right to pause or stop work on a project where payment obligations are not being met.
We accept payment methods as specified in the project agreement. We do not accept cash-only arrangements, and we do not request payment through wire transfers, gift cards, or cryptocurrency.
Where required by local law, we pull the necessary building permits on behalf of the customer. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and are included in or added to the project agreement.
The customer is responsible for notifying us of any HOA restrictions, easements, property line setbacks, or deed restrictions that may affect the project. We are not liable for project delays or modifications required because the customer did not disclose known restrictions before work began.
We stand behind our work. Any workmanship warranty specific to your project will be described in writing in your project agreement.
Manufacturer warranties on materials, windows, glass panels, roofing components, and other products are subject to the terms of those manufacturers. We will provide you with manufacturer warranty documentation at project completion.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, modification of the work by others, acts of nature (including earthquakes, floods, or extreme wind events), or failure to maintain the structure in a reasonable manner. The Site and any information provided on it are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, San Jacinto Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that project. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or claims that cannot be limited by law.
All content on this Site - including text, images, logos, and design elements - is the property of San Jacinto Sunrooms & Patios or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
If a dispute arises between you and San Jacinto Sunrooms & Patios, we ask that you contact us first at quotes@sanjacintosunrooms.com so we have an opportunity to resolve it directly. Most concerns can be addressed quickly when both parties communicate clearly.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. If mediation fails, any legal action shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Riverside County,CA.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Riverside County,California.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
