San Jacinto Sunrooms & Patios got started in 2016 right here in San Jacinto, California. The San Jacinto Valley had a real need for a sunroom contractor who understood the local climate - the triple-digit summers, the clay soils that shift with the seasons, and the Santa Ana winds that roll through every fall. We built this business to fill that gap.
We have spent years working on homes all across the valley - from neighborhoods near Mt. San Jacinto College to the newer subdivisions on the east side of town. Most of our customers come to us because they have a patio that sits empty from June through September, or a backyard they love but cannot actually enjoy. We build sunrooms that solve that problem - rooms that stay comfortable in July, hold up when the ground moves, and look like they were always part of the house.

We pull the city permit and have experience with HOA architectural review in this area. You do not have to figure out the paperwork on your own.
We design every room with San Jacinto summers and clay soil movement in mind. A sunroom that works on the coast is not automatically right for a home in this valley.
